SP/ Had planned an extra agility training session in Mutala with both Taru and Myytti. Or we didn’t have any specific plan. Just placed some obstacles on the field and then saw what could be made out of it. The only plan I had with Taru was to test some long distance vs. run like a maniac –handling. We didn’t measure the times so the only thing we learned was that Taru can do the both. But of course, handling in distance is something I haven’t done with Kosmo so it’s a new world to me. Hanna did same courses with M and they did superbly.

Tosi was there with us as well. I think Hanna and Tosi did some basic things in the beginning (I was walking the dogs). During the agility training Tosi spent her time in Taru’s cage and was silent. Good girl (after having the barking-everything-that-moves-anywhere-near-the-agility-obstacles-dog, i.e. Taru, it would be nice to have a dog that can relax even during the trainings; btw, it’s funny that in the competitions Taru is behaving so much better, well, maybe not exactly nice but anyways)!. In the end we took Tosi out of the car to see kelpies Yello and Yarra. She was a bit shy, maybe she was tired, kelpies too ruff or definitely she was freezing as it was raining. Did a short walk and then back to the car, heating on, blanket and little bit of massage. It seems to have worked. Tosi is full of energy and shows no sign of having caught flu.  She will nevertheless skip tomorrows agility and stay at home. Should just remember this: Finnish summer is not for puppies.

Have measured Tosi today: she is appr. 4.75 kilos, that’s 250 gr. more than a week ago (not so much as she anyway seems to have grown).
